I bought 500 Ralph Lauren boxers from them, we had an agreement that it would come in mixed colors/sized but only two models (boxer and boxer brief) instead I got a mix of three styles (boxer, boxer brief and trunks).
After some e-mails we had an agreement that I would get a discount if I kept the trunks, but now, after more then three months and several e-mails that were never answered, phone calls that noone picked up and faxes that have been ignored I still haven't got my money back.
Since jojo is a long time member on the forum and seems a respected member I thought this company was good to buy from, guess not.
Please help me get my money back!
