They have found a new loop hole in Paypal with the yahoo address listings. Their/his email address keeps changing everytime Paypal cuts them off, each time making a new account.

Yes, and I am sure it already has been, but now we have something else to look for. When buying from a company/web site that accepts Paypal, make sure the paypal ID is @thewebsite.com or at least an established ID.
