or an easier way of saying it...............government losses FIRST PRIORITY,everyday peoples losses SECOND PRIORITY

Yes,

Its hard - im trying to work out who is worse. The Con artists take your money and give you nothing for it, or is it the goverment who makes us pay TAX and gives us basically the same.

I think we should put all our money on the horses that way we dont pay tax as there is no tax on winnings, and if we lose we are no worse off than if we dealt with a con merchant.

gotta love this country
