Shop flip flops are scammers and frauds!

It has now been 5 months since I sent over $5k to Shop Flip Flops. They have not sent me a single pair of sandals nor have they sent me any form of refund.

I have contacted the BBB with the following complaint # 55072211 and the IC3 with the following complaint #: I0902141336197432.Shop Flip Flops states to the BBB that I am their only unhappy customer...and we all know that is a blatant lie.

Let's all band together and if you have had any issues with SFF, large or small, report them! This is so unfair. All they do is lie. Kent told me today that he shipped my order (for the 10th time) but when I asked what was shipped and for a tracking number he stopped replying to my emails. What a surprise.

i totally agree with KARLA.
Kent from shopflipflops has been so rude! They took our money last Feb. Now it is March 11 and they have not shipped anything nor refund any money! They are scammers and they are unfortunately taking advantage of innocent people and their hard-earned money!
