Hi,

I am spanish person and i am using mkenterprise from 2006.

I was ordering from them every 2 months aprox, bot this year in 2009, i ordered in 16th March 2009 my last order....

I sent them 3830 eur (5100USD aprox), for 1 lens and 3 digital cameras....

I was waiting for shipment but they never shipped. I sent them some Faxes and emails and finally i got an answer.....

We would like to take this opportunity of informing you that MK Enterprise is in the process of re-structuring, due to financial constraints caused by some of our suppliers going out of business we find ourselves in a restrictive cash flow situation that is now affecting some of our customers.


MK Enterprise is a profitable company with substantial assets therefore we are now in the process of raising finance to ensure we continue our service.


It is regrettable that you are one of our customers that currently have money in your account and due to financial constraints caused by our suppliers we are unable to send out goods in a timely manner.


We intend to resume full services to our customers on 18th May 2009, in the meantime any money you have deposited with us will accrue interest at 5%, when services are fully regained you will have the choice for a full refund or goods.


I must sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and I would ask for your patience and understanding whilst we correct this situation.

What can i do now? they dont answer the phone and i want my products or my money but i cant wait 18th May 2009 because i will have financial problems if i dont recive soon....


Anyone has this problem? Anyone know how to resolve it?

They used to be good in the past & lots of happy customers but all of the sudden they turned into a deep whole. Many complains regarding their services!!!!!

I made a server lost with MK Enterprise, and wouldn't recommend them to anybody. Prices are quite obscene and is very hard to even get the smallest of profits. One of there worst features is that they don't accept paypal.

But credit where credit is due to them, ive found there customer support much more useful than others.

Ok thanks, if mk dont answer me in 2-3 days from my last email, i will contact to police....

And is Hong kong´s police effective? with their help.... will can get my money?

Contact the HK Government department, they should be able to help you.

I suggest you notify them that if there is no refund then you will contact HK police. Tell them you need a reply within a couple of days -- and maybe let them know that if you don't get the money (or the products) then you will be in serious debt (or whatever your situation is).

That way, if they are trying to keep a customer base they will at least acknowledge this and let you know what they can do. If they don't remain in contact then you can go to the police.

Sometimes scare tactics can work. Sometimes they don't. But what's the harm in trying??
