Default Gerald Armstrong Owes Me Money

Hello. Back in November I sent Gerald Armstrong (PS SHOP LTD) who is a UK Broker, a large amount of money for some UK spec PSP's. He was supposedly scammed and managed to refund me half of the money. He still owes me a substantial amount of money. Originally he was easily contactable and I knew his mobile, home numbers and knew his address and the company he worked for. He did tell me he was scammed and was working his hardest to get me my money back. But in the last month he has completely dissapeared and I cannot get hold of him at all.

Does any know of Gerald Armstrong (AKA Gerald Munala)? I have run out of leads so am asking you guys if you know of him or can give me anything to help my investigation of tracking him down and getting my money back. His company is a legit LTD company (PS SHOP LTD) and I have his old address and all sorts of various details.

I know that his full real name is Gerald Armstrong and he lives in London. He used to work with a company called Physique Plus (HK) I will post more details if it will help.

Any help would be appreciated! I just really wanna get my money back!

Cheers

Have you spoken to the police, current investigations may already be in place and you need to ensure that your details are added to the others. They will not give you his address but they may be able to help..

I know this guy. I know he wouldn't scam himself, but he was a broker and didn't seem to take too much care in handling OTHER people's money.

The police have an ongoing investigation about this Gerald but since investigations are

on-going, they cannot comment too much on it. If you have been scammed by Gerald,

just forward the details to them and do not forget to give them a detailed account of your

situation and how you ended up loosing money to Gerald.

I am sure the police would have spoken to Gerald and he would have been able to give

his side of the story. From what I have seen so far, the brokers usually get caught in

the middle when things go wrong and they end up getting the shorter end of the stick.

I think the errant suppliers should be taken to court and getting their a** sued ! I don't

see how these days suppliers can take people's money and not produce and deliver

any goods. As you can see there is so many cases of people who have lost alot of

money and some of the amounts are very huge.

That is just plain wrong !

Billy,

That is a good question. Like I have posted before, I have been in business since 2000, and have been dealing in the "Alibaba Crowd" in regards to PSP's, iPods, XBOXes for nearly 2 years now and have done nothing but loose money. 93,000 USD to be exact. From Indonesia to WestCoast Wholesalers (Canada) to SG Gadgets to even John Kedroski, I have lost money. And I have seen countless others go down (mostly becuase they're supplier's screwed them) as well as the scammers themselves (MixItForMe, Inc, SonyAC, etc.).

Between myself and my buddy Mike, I know just about every broker on the face of this earth. From JMD to the GITRAS guy to Kenya Quarri to Gina Mills / John Keely, I know the brokers and I watch them go down and change around from electronics to nothing and some, due note, get smart and change to other things like clothing, etc. Look at ESELBUY

You should see the size of my rolodex!!! Let's just say, I know a lot of people.

directuk, replied to your PM.

mkidder, nope. I am in the furniture business (teak furniture). I was thinking of branching into

selling game machines but after reading all the mess that is going on, I really had second

thoughts. Alot of suppliers claim they have stock but are actually brokers.

If you have done nothing but loose money in tune of 93,000 USD for the past 2 years, I

think you are in the wrong line of business. Obviously there is something really wrong

and you still keep doing it for 2 years ? Never deal with Indonesia or even Thailand (sad

to say). Too many rippers in these 2 countries.
