What about shoes, shirts whereby Nike do outsource to companies in Indonesia, China, Vietnam?
When nice order 100000pairs, the companies have to manufactured about 20% more because some will be rejected due to poorer quality.

While the oversupply of 20% have to be disposed of but some companies sell it at cheap prices.

I don't know if what I m talking make any sense.
