Default sandy`s cosmetics

Bad experiences dealing with that company
I made the order but I did not get the opportunity to pay for my order.
I sent an email to them, but there`s no response

Another words;they "sell" cosmetics but not really to be honest

Before I made the order I asked them some details and the customer service wasn`t the best I`ve seen

I don`t think you have to loose money before you can say you`ve received bad customer service

Agreed. They've now lost a potential customer, and possibly a few more with this thread.

I'm wondering why after receiving what you feel was poor service you still decided to place an order, very strange? It is such things that should start your alarm bell ringing, if I get poor service, I try elsewhere, it's not as if there is a shortage of suppliers in the world.
