Some of you may be interested to hear my progress on this case. See below:
We are pleased to report that the debtor has been served with the Summons and Complaint by personal service. We shall immediately proceed to enter a Judgement on Default if the debtor does not answer the Summons within 20 days.
The debtor may now try to make payment directly to you DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS OR MAKE ANY ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE DEBTOR. Costs have been expended and we may lose our right to collect them from the debtor if payments are accepted. In addition, a retention of a payment may result in giving the debtor the opportunity to claim that the case has been settled for less that the full amount. SEND ALL PAYMENTS TO OUR OFFICE FOR PROPER HANDLING.
If an answer is served, we will immediately advise you and counsel on the next step to be taken.
You shall receive a further report on the progress of the case within 30 days.
