i have just been lookin at othersites and typed in ugg austrailia and this other site came up looks better than the uggsoflondon site more like the official site but the prices and everythin are the same as this fake site could they be linked? how much did u pay 4 them from asos? x

Hi - I cant stress enough and any retailer of genuine UGGS will tell you - if they are cheap - they are fakes - end of. UGGS arent being sold cheap anywhere and I just wished I hadnt been so tight int eh first place and spent out the extra cos it would have saved me being ripped off!

I paid £190 from ASOS for the classic tall ones and they are genuine - from the box my fakes came in to the "care for" slip that came with them.Cloggs are another site that are genuine as bought some for one of my daughters from there and they are the real deal.

If you want genuine then you are going to have to pay out...why pay those people money to rip you off and lie about it too? Save up and pay for the real ones - peace of mind and much more comfort! x

Also they look real on the site as they copy photos of genuine uggs and put them on their website. They will tell you they are real and its all ********!

Even better to the saga I have had over ordering from this fake company - have now received a bill to pay for the deliveryf rom China from the delivery people they use when the goods arrive in England - another £45.....if not paid - am been taken to court - ME!! Even though they are dealing with a company who is providing fake goods illegally!! It gets better!!

I ordered some for g/f on Monday. The site looks so genuine. I have not had a tracking order or anything and I am 3 days into the 2-4 day delivery. On the rare chance I get to go on the 'live chat' on the site, I get cut off as soon as I start demanding to know what the score is. I am £65 down now and I really don't expect to see any goods from my purchase, fake or otherwise. How the net can register these sites is beyond me, and how Paypal can verify them?!!!! I'm fuming.

I sympathise and am now intent on shutting these gits down - have reported them to Custom Confidential after speaking to Customs and Excise about it all - have reported it to the offical UGGS company and have told the delivery company TNT who are delivering these fakes (if and when you get them) that they can whistle for the money as they are distributing fake goods - TNT delivery say "as of up until today nobody has complained about the boots or the fact theya re fake..." I said "well today is your lucky day then" The thing is - loads more people will get ripped off - people like you and me etc and unless this can be broadcast somewhere noone will know until they have lost their money - like me and by the sounds of it - you.

As per advice off internet.....if the seller informed you that the uggs are authentic and not fake, then you've been scammed and need to report them. either contact the seller, tell them you know these uggs are fake and demand a refund. if they don't respond, if you bought this item off of ebay, contact ebay and let them know. also, if you payed through paypal you can report them to paypal and they will take the right actions for you.

I bought a pair on monday through paypal, and have not yet received them but if i do receive them they are obviously going to be fake. How is this site getting away with this? I spoke to an advisor before i bought and was assured they were genuine uggs and made by deckers. Something needs to be done about such scams like this!

Ooooooooooo am loving the font size!! Not only is this internet site getting away with it but Customs and Exise dont care - they said they will "investigate but dont hold out much hope"...The TNT delivery people who then transport the goods throughout england to everyone dont care either - they said "we dont open the packages - its got nothing to do with us"...trading standards dont really care - they said" we will investigate but it is in China so am not holding out too much hope"..the best bit is soon you will get a bill from TNT wanting payment for delivering the goods - if they arrive. I have now emailed the Daily Mail to let them know - sometimes they run features on scams...

lol i didnt realise it would come up so big. I know it may also be worth writing to Martin Lewis on GMTV as he often knows what to do and can help people out. Its so bad that they can get away with this and i cannot afford to waste 60quid
