seems to me the local plod are filing it in the too hard to solve bin.

sounds like the bold jake has 'formed part of a fraudulent scheme ' whereby he has 'designed a cheat whcih has become successful'. all the elements of fraud have ben completed and therefore a crime has been commited . might be a better idea for those defrauded to get in touch with the fraud investigation unit at bournemouth police headquarters as it may be a little too complicated for the local police to deal with given the majority of those involved seem scattered across the country.

as for the sleeping partner i think if a police enquiry began he would have some seriously difficult questions to answer and may well, dependent on his replies, find himself polishing the dock seat alongside the bold jake.
although my gut feeling is he is more blaggart than criminal.

civily though given his ownership of the domain he may be liable though to what extent i would leave to the appropriate authority.
please do not take this as legal advice just my thoughts on the matter.

dont please listen to anymore 'i'll pay next week' stories it isnt happening unless he is in the process of duplicating his original fraud to pay you.....

I would like to say Jake bevan has stole my money - £2200 in total. I met jake in feb of this year, ISY was just getting started and i wanted to get my hands on his gold memebrship. it cost £500 and i would get a website designed and list of suppliers and free isy membership for life. brett robinson and jake were in it to the neck, brett emailed me alot at evening times lookin me to get involved with the isy wholesale end of things as i was now a gold member. I refused as i was from ireland and i wouldnt have time to help out. i decided to take the £500 gold membership and use the isy dropship for life lol from then everything went bad, jake ordered a load of mini phones for me as i got a big order. i was waiting for over a month for them then jake told me that brett had ran away with the phones and that he would sort it all out lol the lies begin from hear - jake orders more phones and then tells me his supplier from hong kong stole his money lol jake said he would sort it and pay me back lol im still waitin 10 months later.

Jake started to tell me more lies and he said that he was losing his mind and wanted to kill himself, i felt so sorry for him and started to become his friend(big mistake) Iam christian and i have alot of love in my heart so i wanted to help him. i was only jakes friend over the phone, msn and emails, not once have i met him. jake said his step father was dieing with the big C, i dont know if that is true but all iam saying is that i trusted him and that i wanted to help him get through it all.

Jake is the biggest lier i have met and he took me for a ride, he nearly wreck my life and my families life. The last 10 months has been the hardest time in my life, my wife had 2 mis-carriages, i lost my job and fell in serious debt. Jake pretended he cared and all he was doing was tellin me lies and more lies about my money. jake has paid me a few hundred back but he still owes me £2200.

I could write a book about this guy jake bevan, all i want is to get my money back and move on with my life.

I am a honest christian fella and jake is pushin me to the egde and if i seen him right now i would end up in prison the next day.

Please stay well clear of jake bevan and brett robinson(brobi)

When you bought stock from ISY Dropship the funds for the purchase were paid into Brobi's (Bret Robinson) PayPal account. Jake Bevan never had a PayPal account.

Therefore Brobi is guilty. Send ALL you Small Claims to him (which you should have done months ago!).
