firstly I've got to say that BROBI may be guilty or innocent.
I don't know
But i do know that 9 out of every ten posts he makes don't help him (Brobi please don't reply to this)

Its easy for everyone to say - let all go round to Jakes to 'do him in' or what ever

this post has been full of promises and threats from everyone

Who knows Jake Bevan Wardel's current Address?
Or believes they can find it? (there has been many posts with people saying that they can find it - no one has)
Who knows a way that people can recoup their money? i lost £412.27 so a few options aren't viable for this figure.

Brobi is the only person with the information you need. Despite what he says he is his partner.

You either pursue Brobi for the funds or Jake's info or kiss you money goodbye. It really is that simple.

I have asked that all who are owed money to email me details so that I may establish whether or not you paid into my bank account, which no one has, or Jake's. I have also asked for evidence as to what was purchased and when.

I issued refunds to Tom, Dave and a few others and you know who you are, back in February. At that time there were only about 6 people ordering through ISY. I issued refunds because PP shut my account down. This was because my PayPal account was being used up to 15th of February 2009 by ISY and there were a few disputes, goods not being delivered in time. Once that was closed down I was not involved with receiving payments from anyone. There was over £2,000 in the account and I refunded £2,842.00 from this account.

From then on I knew Jake was getting people to pay him by bank transfer into his personal account. He also said that he had an account for about £50k from someone/company to order goods.

By this time Jake owed me money but was assuring he was going to pay it all back. I asked how business was and he said he was doing pretty good but would be selling ISY soon. He then said he had a partner and was operating UK Tradehouse. He said ISY was dead and he was concentrating on the new venture. He never mentioned that he was in any trouble and that I should be paid by the end of April.

So that was about it. Jake always said the business was his and that I could make some money if I helped him in getting it set up, web stuff mostly. I was working full time so didn't have the ability to get involved although I wanted to but wasn't. I was always pushing for contracts, registered company and bank accounts but this was never set up between us but Jake registered a company and I presume set up a bank account.

I banked with HSBC account number 91326945 if you paid any funds to this account and are owed money then please check to see if it's this account you paid into. I can show account proof that there was no one who paid into this account and lost money! So I am going to ask for proof that was the account you paid.

So to my offer of coming forward and providing me with details, if you think I owe you money, has not happened so that can only mean that it's not me who owes the money cause I never received anything! And of course the people that are owed know that and it's been confirmed by Jake himself because he has said that he told people that I was not a partner in ISY.

So there is the story! Of course GB will not believe it but hopefully there are a few that I have mentioned that might say a few words to help me out and confirm this.
