Hi, Has anyone had any dealings with Paul Paget at
www.pagetworld.biz? I made an order at the beginning of May. He said the goods were coming from Europe not China and were available for immediate delivery. When we requested payment details he was very quick to reply with his bank details. We paid by bank transfer. He never gave an exact delivery date. Anyone know the laws about getting our money back (bank transfer)? Unfortunately since then I have had trouble contacting him and when he did contact me he made excuses about delays in delivery, supplier went to US, and other times did n't bother to reply. We have tried calling but the telephone numbers given are mailboxes that are always full. So it seems he does not even check his messages. If anyone is in the area of Port Talbot and would kindly check out this address for us it would be much appreciated.
31 Dinas Baglan Road, Port Talbot, SA12 8DT, Wales
The options we are looking at are
We have asked for a refund and he has not replied.
We have contacted the local council and trading standards office and are waiting for a reply.
Our next step depending what Trading Standards say is to report to the Police.
We are also thinking of putting up a website giving our experiences with Paul Paget and hope this stops other people from getting into the situation we are in.
Searching on the internet for him. He is on lots websites stating the following:
http://paget.en.ec21.com/company_info.html
http://vip.busytrade.com/PaulPaget
This is part of the info he gives from the website above.
"am 100% honest & genuine in everything I do so would request only genuine honest buyers or sellers contact me, and hopefully we can do lots of good honest business together. Anyone wishing to ask me any questions, please feel free to contact me. vv vv vv . pagetworld . biz"
We have just spotted this on the forum. Sorry to hear other people are having problems with Paget.
This Mr Paul Paget of www.pagetworld.biz scammed me
and another thread on Paul Paget

We feel the more people who go to Trading Standards and the Police the better. From our experience when a parcel went missing from a fraudulent payment to us the Police told us they would put more resources into investigating the crime when the same person's name keeps coming up on their computers.
Whether we get out refund in the end or not it is obvious that people should be very wary of dealing with Paul Paget as it does n't seem to be a good experience.
