I dont think its a scammer at all, lets look at the evidence. We see the phones you sell, we see the price ( which you would not add just for the sake of it when recalling a conversation), we see your carriage charge, and we see a payment method.

So my dear Watson what I think we are dealing with here is a cleverly ( or not so ) concealed advert placed without advertising status.

Wow...that IS clever...
There's me wondering what sort of pathetic scam that was...and wondering how Mr Seller ever picked up on it... and all the time those prices were there as an advert :P
I9...cool, but no thank you.

Out of respect for the community here, I for one aint gonna buy from someone avoiding the advertising memberships fee, I'm sure you'll hear the same from most others here.

Nice try, two points, no prizes!

Wow sorry Bravo, but you can see how we can think this surely?
I actually haven't looked at an advertising membership, so I don't know how big of a deal they are.
For all I know there could be a huge wall of paperwork that would discourage people from applying.
Which would leave newer members such as you and me having to advertise around the restrictions.
With so many people on this site paying good money for the right to advertise, I would expect the community to be protecting their privileges to do so.

Sorry if it seemed like I was insulting personally, I found it quite amusing.

Anyway, I think the point stands that this 'could' be advertising around the fee, but it could also have easily been a cut paste I guess.

Bravvo, you will find you come across better if you remain reasonable, even when falsely accused. You may gain a bad reputation! Calling the other person "fool", "no brainer" and "paranoid" will not help to solve disagreements.

Regards,
Sphinx111

I put a psp for sale in the London Loot and got almost exactly the same e-mail from vera.b111@sify.com who offered to pay me an extra £30 for postage . They wanted me to pay by paypal. I think they would have done a reverse .
