Anyone ever dealt with Mayer Phones?

I have been in touch via E-mail with these guys for approx 3wks now and the sales rep Susan Williams seems ok. She has all relevant details about her products and they offer too good to be true prices. Nokia 8800 black $260, i know, i know.

Anyway i told her that i have been scammed before and that Western Union payment not secure for me so she finally agreed to me only purchasing 1 as sample order for price above.

I then went onto web just to find any info and they are based in Lagos, Coutou, Nigeria and there are loads and loads of forums/sites about how most companies there are scammers and never to deal.

I am supposed to be making payment TODAY and really don't know what to do!!!

Don't.

If it seems too dodgy and doesn't feel right - forget it, move onto the next. That price is like around £130 - definately a scammer IMO.

Run from it mate. If Nigerians are offering you deals like that it is a scam 100% guaranteed. You might get one phone but they will use it to suck you in to sending a big order and then that will be the last you see of your money. Play safe and simply don't deal with any trader from Nigeria.

Never deal with any company or person from Nigeria. I have nothing against Nigerians but so far,

100% of them dealiner over the net are scammers. I say keep your money and buy from another

dealer. If the deal looks too good to be true, it usually is.

They have now said i can pay for shipping only which would work out at $200 for 10 units and then pay for goods upon delivery, ooohhh what to do its pulling me in, i need saving!!!!!!!!

You should NEVER deal with suppliers from Nigeria, 100% are scammers. Do you really think they have access to stock at this price?? No Way. They sit in Internet Cafe's and take our money. What they will do is get your money, then tell you that their boss will not allow them to ship that low of an amount, and they will ask you to buy 5 more. This is a very common scam that works, just don't let it get you. Deal with real suppliers that are from this forum, you will be safe that way. Look for the registered sellers.

Its so logical and makes complete sense but i guess its greed, its gets the best of us. I've read so many of the Forum Threads and they ALL state the same thing and thats exactly what i'm in at the moment and just to add they are based in the SCAMMERS CAPITAL OF THE WORLD!!! I hate this whole crying game business!!!
