Hello My friends, this is my bad experience with Etoway technology co., ltd.

I contacted this company through Alibaba.com and made my first purchase on October 3rd, 2008 for 3 i68 phones, costing $436.50 US, including shipping by UPS. Shipment arrived on October 14 and the only inconvenience was that the leather cases were not in the package. For the rest, all was ok. I then had enough trust to put in another larger order for 5 telephones with the same characteristics and this time deposited $712 US on October 14, 2008 including shipping and the 4% commission charge to Paypal. This time did not go well; of the 5 telephones received, 4 arrived with factory defects, you could not hear well and the touch screen did not work properly. I contacted the sales manager, James and informed him of the problems with the phones. He asked that I send back the telephones and address them to his attention, which I did right away. After a very long time, Feb. 20, 2009 and after paying another $27 US for re-shipping to me by EMS, the situation was not resolved. I received another 4 faulty telephones that were in bad condition, with touch screens that were faulty once again. After losing more time reviewing the phones and paying another 36$ for shipping, I didn’t receive my package because they say they didn’t have an address for me. They supposedly re-sent the package in June-July of this year, which I have yet to receive. Now they are putting the blame on the Chinese mail system, through which they supposedly sent the package when I had paid for UPS shipping. After various conversations through MSN that I have saved on my hard drive, the same James recognizes the bad quality of the phones, but does nothing to correct or resolve the situation with us, the consumers. I hope the experience I’ve endured with this company will not repeat itself with other members of the forum, which is why I’ve used this medium to make public my bad experience.:mad::mad::mad::mad:
