Exclamation Marleys Wholesale

Hi, I have been building a case on this scam company, Marleys wholesale, etc i dont want to mention they name to advertise them, They currently have had and still running over 10 websites, The claim to be a dropshipper and wholesaler but are not they have sold franchises also. What i have discovered is they seem to take no responsibility on returns which is against Distance seller acts, Also have passed details to Inland Revenue They are currently on file for Import tax evasion as the chinese suppliers are sending into our country as gifts, Now by law anyone or company importing goods is liable to import tax a tax Marleys wholesale are currently avoiding.
All People Running a franchise on marleys behalf will be known as an associate which means they will be liable for court. They Have scammed Many people some of my friends infact so this is why im speaking out now. I had to gather evidence first incase they threaten me with court action for slander. Now I have enough evidence to crucify them if they do.
Please watch when starting out looking for suppliers genuine ones are like gold dust and are hard to find do alot of research before exchanging money especially if they just accept Western Union.
If You come accross a website then displays logos like 'Paypal Verified hover over the logo and click if nothing happens chances are they are not verified, If However when you do click on it a new window should appear and it will redirect you to the paypal site a padlock should be in the browser bar this shows you the browser is secured by a SSL (Single Socket Layer) Encryption. This will ask for you paypal email and password
when you enter it you will see the site information and tell us if they are verified or not.
I really hope this helps as i feel we must all take a stand on companys over the internet scamming because it does no good for the genuine people wanting to start there business on the net. If anybody has any questions just ask
as for the above company its just a matter of time before the law closes in.

If you are a consumer, then you are covered under the distance selling regulation, if you are a business with the intention to sell on / dropship, you are not covered. Business to Business is not covered by the Distance Selling Regulation Act and you need to read the sites terms and conditions regarding returns as they will apply.

Your other points are still valid.

i started a franchise with the above, and they are a waste of time, if you order a product you get an email a week later saying out of stock, so then you have to wait another week for the funds to come back to you, thats if they do, 1 time i had to wiat nearly a month, i have now got rid of all marleys stuff of my site, and now use genuine dropshippers i have sourced off here, and i would tell anyone to stay away from marleys, i do feel someone on here should say the websites marleys use, because most search results i have had from google the wholesale forum always shows up in the top ten, so then if someone unaware of them they will see what they are all about and hopefully have the sense to stay away
