We are new to the business and have learned early in the "trading" process how to screen our suppliers. We have learned so much from the forum and appreciate everyone who posts the experiences they have.

We placed an order for phones, mp3 players, and a couple of laptops.
The only thing we received from them is a package with a Fake Ipod touch

The second package they sent was a tiny box (there is no way you can fit 3 laptops in this box) We refused and had shipped back to them. At this moment they are trying to issue us a partial refund via Pay Pal for $400.00 to remove the complaint we placed because they claim they sent us the order. Which is a BIG lie. Its amazing how people begin to believe their own lies when they tell them so much.

They scammed us out of $900.00
Although we are thankful it was not more than this. This was a huge learning experience. And now we have developed a "supplier screening" process before we even consider dealing with a supplier. Which is really helpful.

Good information, you should have realised from the price of $900 that it was near impossible for you to receive all those goods. A lesson learned though.
