Thanks all for the support. Obviously nobody wants to get taken advantage of, but our best defense is the truth in these matters.

The keys for me in getting this done were:

1) Informing the other party that I would be reporting them. Not as a threat, but as a response to their actions.
2) Informing the institution, whether it be bank, CC company, escrow, etc. of the situation.
3) Documentation: You've got to keep all emails, correspondence, logs of calls, and in this case photos of merchandise, to cover all of your bases.

In the future I will also be doing the following:

1) Getting a written affadavit from the delivery source regarding the contents of the package. Meaning, I will only accept the package if I can open it right in front of them and they can witness the contents.
2) Written affadavit from the sending source as to the contents of the packages I ship back. Wouldn't apply to sold items, just to returned items that were rejected. Basically, wherever the package is dropped off for shipping, or if it's picked up, have the contents inspected prior to sealing the box and seal it only after it is confirmed by a third party.

Hope this help others in the future.

I wanted to add a big "STAY AWAY" from this company. I normally don't like to post any comments about companies to the whole forum, but everyone should know that this company is not a company at all but 1 man, using several alias to scam people of their money. It is a shame that the 2 sites are still up and I hope no one else falls victim to this guy. Be aware that part of his scam is to send you a couple of pieces of your order and then try to get more money from you with "Special Deals". Don't fall for it...his deals are ridiculous and his professionalism is non-existent.

I, like many other sellers, understand the need to do business via wire transfer, but we must make educated decisions when deciding who to trust. I must say that jarmac definitely covers himself well and continues to do so...we should all take notes.
