Good am, i was wondering if anyone was knowledgeable about http://www.wholesalewebstore.com/ i recently bought some CL shoes and a Gucci bag, from them totalling $136.00, and prior to sending my money i had questions and left my number, and they called promptly. Now that i've been emailing to receive my confirmation # i have yet to hear a response and that was over 4 days ago? Do you think i got scammed? If so what can i do, or am i maybe jumping the gun...ny feedback would be great. Oh yeah do you think the items in question are real? I'm such a novice @ this as u can tell this is my first time buying anything from China. Thanks

The goods available on that website are counterfeit. Even if you do receive your goods, they will be counterfeit and therefore illegal.

A harsh lesson but one you must learn quickly if you are to survive in this business. You cannot source quantities of high end designer brands from mainland China.

It is a loss you regrettably have to take. I take it you aren't majoring in business?

Try some of the guys on here for your stock. They have to take the flak here if they aren't genuine and as far as I know they are pretty darned good.

It means what it says. If the supplier was in Hong Kong it's possible, but there's also "wholesalers" there that sell fakes.

This is going to have to be a lesson for you. If you buy branded goods from China at a ridiculously low amount (CL shoes and a Gucci bag for $136.0:eek::eek::eek you are going to get scammed every time. I take it you paid through bank transfer?

Rules to live by.

1. You CAN NOT buy branded goods from China at wholesale prices.

2. If someone is offering you branded goods at a massive markdown, there is likely going to be a catch (fake, damaged, or scam).

3. Do your homework on suppliers and good business practices before you buy. A place like TWF is a great start:niceone:
