Just a quicky, when posting into the name and shame section it is advisable to not include the full web url as when the SE's index this site they will see this as a link to the other site and help its popularity and possibly raise its SERP's.
Sure it can be argued that people will see the link and check it out and then find out its a scam but they may not necessarily search for the term that the post is indexed for and hence the link does nothing but inflate rank.
My advice would be to put erroneous character in there such as :
www . thedomain . co . uk
This then is not a workable link and doesn't pass weighting.
