Hello Im new on here, I have been in the Fashion Industry for over 20 years and when Paul sent stock through to me I took one look and reliased they were all fake. I have a company who will chase your payments for 25% of what that person owes. We have visited the address in question in Port Talbot , which belongs to his mother and father, but he does visit frequently and we will get what we are owed plus interest. Either in cash or goods. Please forward this around as I dont wish to take peoples money. They would not have to pay anythinguntil there money is back. I hope this helps and we will crack the fraudsters.............

Hi guys,

Im new to this but I just got an email from Paul like a 2-3 weeks ago about some authentic Lacoste shirts so I don't think he is busted or someone is controlling his email. I got his name through iBuildstar wholesale directory. The reason I joined this forum was to find out about him and I guess I did
Thanks

The trouble is apparently been busted three times, you can't say trading standards do nothing if the guy lives his life like this he will just start up again, trouble is you can mess with the authoroties that have to work under the laws of the land messing with people and their money, it will only take one to snap and he won't be trading for long!

I hope he makes a nice friend in jail who will make sure it hurts when his sits down and also make him never pick the soap up again in the showers.

Hi, I can add to the story about Paul Paget.

I paid for 30 pairs of Nike trainers from him back in September 2006 after seeing an ad on the Wholesalepages website. After sending the payment, all communication stopped but I managed to track him down and then contacted Cheshire Trading Standards for help. I was about to prosecute him when I received the trainers (strange coincidence!). I was then informed by CTS that he was being investigated by Port Talbot Trading Standards and that the trainers were likely to be fake. They were fake (I was shown how to identify fake Nikes') and they were taken by CTS to be used as evidence in the prosecution. I had heard nothing for a year and have recently been trying to find out the latest news about the case against Paul Paget. I finally spoke to an officer at Port Talbot Trading Standards today who's handling this case and the prosecution against Paul Paget is imminent.

As to regards my loss (about £850), I've been told that I cannot get my money back via this prosecution and am unlikely to get any from him even by taking out a small claims case against him. So I regard this as a hard lesson. It was my first wholesale order and I was very naive - I had no appreciation of how many fakes are available.

If anyone one wants to contact Port Talbot Trading Standards with details of their trading with Paul Paget, the number is 01639 685638 and ask for Mrs Quinn.

Paul Paget's current website is http://www.cyber-seller.co.uk/ and the best thing is to avoid it at all costs.

If anyone can advice me how I might get some money back from him, please let me know.

thanks
