I was scammed by a company called Primatrade which closed down a while ago.
The scammer who I purchased from is called Rick Slatton. The address is :

I was scammed of $3,000.00. I purchased the ipod nanos from him last October. Till this date, I have neither received the money or the merchandise. I filed a report to the Better Business Bureau, but that was useless. I sent him a dozen emails and he just provided one excuse after another. What should I do now? Hire a lawyer? I'm really running out of options.

Call the local police in Eugene and file a report. See what the authorities will do first. If nothing, then hire a lawyer.
