Default Phlover.com (Itemsbank Co., Ltd)

Company Name: Phlover.com (Itemsbank Co., Ltd)
Proof: Western Union online and all emails correspondence!

Anyone whom is going to buy from this company 'phlover / itemsbank' or already paid. Please do not buy or if you already paid, please file the complaint to Internet Crime Complaint Center as soon as possible via this link http://www.ic3.gov/ or https://www.econsumer.gov/. I have bought the products from this company 2 months ago. It was a great communication from the beginning. All the mails were replied within 15 minute. I have checked the company background and saw that the seller has the Business License Number and has sold many things like korean stuff and I THOUGHT I could trust him due to all evidence but unfortunately not. After I paid via Western Union (ofcourse he does not accept any other method but Western Union and Bank Transfer), I never ever received the products from him or any mail at all!!! I have been trying to email him but no reply until I found his telephone number from his korean website. I called him and he postponed everyday and every time I called him that he would send the products. After being patient for 1 month, I told him I didn't want the products anymore and wanted the money back. He said he would and again nothing anymore until I said I would report to FBI, he said something back to me but after that not anymore. Being quiet all the time. He still picked up the phone but always says that he would contact back by mail. Now I am so sure that I would not get the money back and I believe that there are so many buyers whom are cheated by him and there is no way to contact other buyers because when he sent the mail with promotion, he would send one by one so you couldn't see whom has been cheated by him. Please contact the mentioned organization and we all can get rid of this frauder!!!

i got cheated by the same company with pretty much the same scenario as "shopaholicgirl7." $500 is alot of money but i consider it a cheap lesson-it could have been $5000.

hey shopaholicgirl7, i did all the reporting to the websites you listed about 5 months ago. i even got in touch with someone from the korean consumer protection agency, however, they responded asking for a more detailed explanation of the situation and has since then ignored my emails. please keep me updated about your situation and i'll do the same. we need to get hold of everyone who's been ripped off by this company to shut it down! HE ACCEPTS PAYPAL NOW, WHAT A JOKE!

I think he starts to accept paypal now because his name is on the black list of Western Union! He could have a lot of excuses to send the products late until he got all cash from paypal and run away with the money again and ofcourse, he could use someone's name and account to receive the money as well. It's quite easy for him, huh? Today I just got his mail after cursing and ofcourse the same old way he normally replies to me "I will get back to you in a couple of days". I think this guy opens the website 'phlover.com' to get the money from foreigners for free and korean websites as his real business!

i dont understand why the korean government has not done anything about this guy? i'm sure they've had many complaints about his company. do you know if there is an organization within korea that would listen to our complaint and take action against itemsbank?

If he plans to use paypal as the method of accepting payment, I don't think he is going to

get far if he plans to scam people. I am sure if complaints are made, his account will be

immediately suspended.

yeah but before he is suspended, until that time he would earn a lot of money from unknown buyers. I have sent an email to paypal about this problem and offer to show the evidence if they need to prevent this problem. I'm trying to get into korean society to find if there is anyone can help or advise. I'm working on it!
