just got off the phone with some other people i know and they have said the same thing about both of these guys...They owe people money and the suppliers they use are really shady. They basically jack up their FPA and then get others to try and sell for them. The prices they gave me were way above what they should be for the moq they offer on most of the items, except for the psp systems.

If you look at the last post in this thread it is nearly 2 years ago, so people already know.
Also if you had taken the time to read the forum rules you would have known that you cannot send or receive PMs until you've reached 10 posts.
What on earth made you decide to part with that amount of money?
Even the experienced traders on here wouldn't hand over that amount of money in one go.

Re: Scott Laverty
Hello, this is Scott Laverty. I dare anyone anywhere to prove I scammed money from them. I have been a salesman for 30 years and have spent the last six years with consumer electronics. I have never lost a single penny for any of my customers and have never stolen money for anyone. The person who posted the comment saying he was ripped-off of $42,000 was paid back every single penny. It's a shame that he could not take the time to retract his posting in this forum.
When Apple closed out the 2Gs in early July, they told everybody that they would honor orders if they were submitted by a certain date and time. I placed at least 2 dozen orders and had them in on time. Two days after the cut-off date, Apple said they would only honor orders that were logged-in before the cut-off time. I had to provide chargebacks and refunds to everyone. Everybody got every penny back or applied the money for an order for 3Gs. Anyone who deals with Apple on a regular basis knows they do this type of thing all of the time. They are the most arrogant company I have ever dealt with and if there was not a demand for their products I would be quite happy not to deal with them.
You work your entire life to build a reputation for honesty and professionalism. And then you get one guy who had to wait a few days for his refund libel and slander you and try to ruin everything you worked for. People who read this can think what they want but I go to bed every night with a clear conscience.

Re: Scott Laverty
OMG, can anyone give me an update on what happened? I ordered 10 iPhones from S & Y wholesalers/Sholom 3 weeks ago, and later referred to Scott Laverty, and still waiting on delivery of goods. I'm truly worried now as I put my trust in them. I wish I found this website earlier.
Scott: if you read this message, I really hope what they are saying about u is not true! Please refund my $ by today so we can talk about larger orders as u proposed. I don't want this to turn out bad

Re: Scott Laverty
In the letter to me by Scott, the name Pam was mentioned, and I found some posts on this website about Pam Holtz delaying shipment or no-delivery at all, is it the same Pam I was told? Can't believe this is happening to me, seems like they are connected and it's not the first time this happened???

Well said, you'd be lucky to get a tenner out of me...
Unless of course it's for a good cause

Re: Scott Laverty
They failed to answer my phone calls, and when I asked for a full refund due to failure of delivery goods, they simply told me they don't have the funds to refund me!??? I told them if I don't get a full refund by today, I'm going to the police and file disputes with my bank, not yet gotten any response. I'm so disappointed through out the transaction, excuses after excuses, trying to push the responsibility to their supplier and kept delaying, the whole thing looks to me a chain of scammers working together!!!
Scott and Sholom: if you even bother to prove your innocence at all, refund my $ immediately, and stop telling me anymore excuses! How do you expect me to work with you in the future if you failed to take care of a "sample" order(over $4000)????
