Yes, I have more than enough funds in my account I've also tried it with a much lower amount and still won't work. Any ideas of what might be wrong?

Try and take out 65p from the amount. That might work.

Didn't work. Why did you suggest this? Any other ideas? I may try and send it in euros but would it cost the reciver much to convert it to GBP?

Hi Brian,

I recently had this as i had to send USD to someone.

You have to go into "profile" once logged into paypal. Then financial information> currency balances.

You then convert the amount you want to the other currency - try the mass payment again and it should go through.

Make sure you convert an extra 65p than the amount you are sending for the masspay fee.

Hope this helps

Thanks a million it worked! Conversion is very expensive though. Isnt there a 2% fee on top of the 65p charge? When is this charged?

Not to sure what you mean by that but with mass payments you the sender gets charged 65p only and the reciever dos'nt get charged a penny.
