Some (hopefully, haven't tested it yet) useful additional info from brad_butchman, too. Thanks for that.
I have made my apologies many times for my poor spelling and grammar. But still not done too bad from it considering I have no qualifications

No need whatever for apologies, greedyboy. I enjoyed reading and got a lot of useful information from it, not to mention a few good ideas. In my view, that beats a grammatically correct academic treatise or any well-written piece of English prose, hands down!

When's the next installment due?

I have a week of supplier meetings and no doubt a few customary factory tours in October (when over there next). Hangover permitting, I may take a few snaps of the insider workings

I am very new here (haven't even posted an intro yet) but I had to admit that I am thankful for your informative article. Gave me some good points to think about.
