One long paragraph? Hmm, Teacher says "Make it into short sentences, else you'll confuse people" ;oP

Of course, I was only teasing :O)

Thanks for the kind words..but I confess to being sloppy, at times and lazy at others. Sometimes, the meaning of the text means carries more importance than the execution of it....but I agree, wholeheartedly with you, that we should make life easier for our trading partners where the written English language can cause so much heartache.

We owe it to our trade partners, and to our own businesses, to ensure that we do not handicap them with poor grammar, spelling etc etc etc; I cannot imagine, EVER, being able to understand any written Chinese...let alone badly written/drawn/produced Chinese, for example :O)

Welcome, by the way, I look forward to reading more of your sensible words in time to come.

Mike

I realize that. I should have added a few smileys.

I was actually selling bearings and seals from China in the eighties. Never had a problem. Actually had two lines the genuine SKF stuff and some Timken mixed in and Chicago Rawhide seals. And the "brand X" Chinese. By the end of the decade the SKF, Timken and others all said Made in China when you opened the box, but they kept the name brand prices.

Not here, they keep it too clean, but on a couple of other forums posts like I did above are 80% of what you see. Just spam from fake sellers, one after the other. Oh, sorry, not fakes, replicas.

Cool

Great Introduction have definitely changed my view on importing goods and how to profit from them. I think the biggest problem lies within the seller though immediately you think hey i want to sell an ipod i can make $$$$. But like it has been stated start Small with NON Branded products and your ratio for profit will be a lot higher.

So now I'm off to try and find something to sell and start my own business. I was considering starting an online worldwide shop with some people. But i don't think i could find the right dedicated people towards putting in the effort.

I was considering starting in the Beauty department or health department in AUS but i dont think there are many genuine natural heath products that i could sell and that actually work.

Cheers guys and I love this forum i hope to be a proud poster :P and benefit from advice and give advice cheers Brenton-
