Well theres always hope. You may need to contact a few people in Melbourne to see what you can pick up.

Since I don't know much about the market in Australia I can't really comment anymore, but one thing my dad showed me is the local phone book or just a walk down the markets can really bring you a far way.

Real wholesalers don't advertise themselves online. It's just doesn't make sense economically!

Usually, to finds real wholesaler you need to know what you want to buy. Then you need to call the manufacturer and see if they'll work with you. 9 out of 10 times they don't but who know you might get lucky. When they refused, you then ask for a list of wholesalers you can call. They will supply you with the list almost immediately. You call companies on the list and see if they will work with you. Usually they don't because you're a small business or too new for them to be profitable. You just have to keep trying and trying until you find somebody who is willing to work with you.

You can also try to find local or out of town wholesale trade show and start from there. Business takes a lot of work and some persistent on your part.

There are, however, companies who do all the research for you in exchange for a membership fee, usually a one time thing. They can range from $50usd to $300usd. They do guaranteed their lists to have only genuine wholesalers/dropshippers. This means you can ask for your money back if you're not satisfied.

There are also many websites who reviewed these "wholesale hunter" companies. Sites like let-us-review.com. Just from the top of my head but I'm sure there are many. Just search for it. If you do your homework beforehand then I'm sure you will find what you're looking for.

Some good suppliers in China don't use internet , they even don't know English ,but they can provide good products . They are just OEM for trading company.
