In my opinion, there isn't a deal that can be 100% secure. Somewhere along the line there will be something or somebody that could possibly let you down. Its all about how you approach a situation that could happen. Unfortunately we live in a world where people believe that to take from another is OK. Now far from me to go into the politics of the situation, it is at a rather epidemic level that these people exist. It would be unfair for me to generalize countries that these scams are commonly associated with, and what you should understand is that it can happen to anyone, anytime, any place!
