Great article.

This echoes alot of my thoughts. I have found Amazon to better than Ebay quite a few times and even under cut Amazon! Ebay I think is a victim of it's own success by having too higher charges and unreasonable targets if you are a low volume seller, better stop the rant I could be here all day. As for postage, I usually send by 1st class and offer recorded and have no problems really as 98% of my customers have been genuine. Do not forget if an item does go missing you can claim back up to £39 from Royal Mail, it can be a drawn out proccess but it is great when you get that money back.

Glad you fond the guide useful. Your point about claiming back postage is spot on, but like you said, missing parcels are few and far between......although with the Raoyal mail strike looming That all may be about to change.....
