You forgot the last two lines. It is proper to show attribution when copying articles written by others, and is in fact a copyright violation not to.

Copying such articles to TWF can cause you and Anthony grief if such copying is not done with the permission of the actual author.
A visit to the copyright notice page at that site will tell you the article is copyrighted and permission is required to use it.
Don't get me wrong, articles of this sort are good. But violating the copyright holder's rights are no different than selling fakes. You can usually get reprint permission, if you ask and if you include the name of the author and contact info.
