UPDATE.

I should have stock of the 2gb, in white only, on Tuesday.

These things are hard to come by and will be for the forseeable future.

I should get at least 20 units.

I've just purchased one for £40 over the RRP from PurelyGadgets.co.uk - ordered it 5 days ago and still no sign of it. Sorry to go off topic slightly but if you're thinking of ordering one then don't get it from this company. £5 for a 5 day delivery on something theyre charging £40 over RRP for? Not good business in my opinion.

I will give you impressions (and pictures if you want) when mine finally arrives. I'm going to put Windows XP on it and have ordered an 8gb sdhc class 6 card from memorybits.co.uk and a mini 4gb flash drive - hopefully that'll give me enough room eh.

I don't understand your comment. It is bad business because they charged you £5 for delivery? The delivery charge is clearly stated.

You didn't have to pay £40 over RRP, you chose to.

Well ofcourse - no compaints about the price or the delivery charge as such - what I forgot to mention was they emailed me with a promised day for delivery (needed to know the day so I can be in to recieve) and twice have not delivered on the day they have said they would.

EDIT - any idea of what trade price is for these? I've seen a few sites with the white 2gb fairly cheap: http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/Asus_...refsource=awin

The RRP 219.99 4gb shoud trade around £185 + VAT as an estimation.
