Are these prices ex VAT or incl VAT? If incl VAT, is a valid VAT receipt provided?

These are included VAT. The duties are paid by my supplier. I can ask for an invoice off them if you need one.

Do I need to be VAT registered to produce a valid VAT receipt?

You need to be VAT registered to charge VAT.

As stated above, you can only charge VAT if you're VAT registered.

What are the Apple part #s of the products you're offering?

Hi, my supplier is from outside Europe so they are not VAT reg.
Part numbers:

8gb - Part Number: MA623LL/B

16gb - Part Number: MA627LL/B

32gb - Part Number: MB376LL/A
