Considering I have never bought and sold any clothes I have never dealt with them. But I do know who the 'faces' are in the industry in both China and India through forums.

they may be boring questions to you, just cause you think you have answered them, doesnt mean we cant ask for more proof, if the customer is not satisfied with your answer they will want more proof and if you cant provide that then no one will buy full stop

To set the record straight:

An item can be fake even if you don´t make it yourself. In fact, it can be (and most of the time is) fake even if it comes out of the same factory as the licenced product.

If the items are made for the indian market, and you are selling it on to other countries, it is regarded as a parallel import. This means the items can be stopped by customs or by the brand name owner and can not be sold in a different market.

If you buy your items directly from the factory, or through a broker, but not through the Lacoste distribution channels or outlets, the items are fake (legally regarded as fake). The factory is not allowed to sell licenced goods to anyone else but the brand name owner. What they sell on themselves is not made under the licence of the brand name owner and thus regarded as fake. As simple as that, and there is no argumentation on that matter. You can twist it around any way you like and as much as you want, but these are the facts.

If you bought the items through the proper Lacoste distribution channels, you will be able to provide the original invoices on request that make the items traceable back to the brand name owner.

And I am sorry, boring as it may be for you, but I have not yet heard any proof or answer from you that actually underlines the authenticity of the items in question.

signature changed:

My Products comes direct from the factory and i have no paperwork to support that.
Few of them would carry black lines through the tags,Buyers are responsible for the customs and other tax issues.

so how can you claim that ??? if you have no proof, this is just going down hill, dont expect many sales.........

i can claim anything i like but do not have to back it up, seems like a great way to get scammed

These are blatantly fakes and the seller is fully aware of this. Come on, Lacoste Polo's directly from the factory? Even if they are authentic (i.e. what he says about surplus stock is true), they are still illegal and should not be brought or sold. There is no way Lacoste would legally allow products to simply slip through the back door.

Is this seller going to be allowed to advertise here any longer?
