I've paid you with paypal 2 days ago.You told me that you allready shipped the belt.But can i have a tracking number or a shipping company??????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????

I got to say that i'm quiet disapointed by your really bad customer service.I ve sended you 5 or 6 mails or messages and you didn t took time to answer.I hope i havent been scammed by you.
Plus,the day that i paid you,i told you it was for my wife.And you took the money and didn t told me that it was a man belt.
I admit that it was written in your proposition "gents belts".But for a french guy,english is not allways clear.
So you took the money.I asked you for an arrangment,because this belt was in my mind a present for my wife.
And you told me "i cant do nothing about it,the belt is allready shipped"but you knew my mistake before shipping it

I think you have been extremely unreasonable regarding this transaction.
You paid me on Wednesday evening for this item through Paypal, I shipped your item on Thursday morning at 9.43am, shipping number RR454473631ES, estimated time arrival 5 to 7 working days.
The advertisement clearly states " GENTS GUCCI LEATHER BELT" sorry but it is not fault if you cannot understand the English language probably and I would suggest that you don't order any other items from this Forum unless you fully read the Adverts properly.

It's true thats my fault,i should have see that it was for men,but when i told you it was for my wife,the minimum would have been to tell me that there was a mistake,i was ready to pay you the difference for a handbag or a watch.

No at no point did I realise that this item was for your wife. Not until you sent me a private message through this Forum on 4/12 at 10.43am (please see below)to explain that you "thought you had made a mistake", and then you asked me if I could arrange to send you a different item. At this stage I had already shipped your item. You will note that your item was shipped on 4th Dec at 9.43am 1 Hour before you emailed me. At no stage of emails did you clarify to me that this item was to be for your wife, otherwise I would have certainly informed you that this particular belt was a gents belt as I have advertised.

I am sorry that you have ordered the wrong item but you cannot hold me accountable for your actions for ordering items from this forum. I have proof in writing that what you ordered is what as been shipped to you.
