It's all about attention to small details and good communication. You might *think* it doesn't matter but you don't know how many potential bidders are avoiding your auctions simply because they see obvious mistakes. Feedback is from people who bid and win. You never get feedback from people who go away, disgusted, without bidding. You may be doing well but there's always scope for selling more and getting higher prices. You want as many bidders as possible.
When I started university, and went to open my first bank account, the girl at the counter wrote my name incorrectly. I pointed this out and she said "oh it doesn't matter!"
I could foresee a situation where she might decide to miss a zero off my account balance and say "£1000 instead of £10,000? Oh, it doesn't matter!"
I took my business to a different bank.
Oh, and you meant "complimenting" not "complementing". Both spellings are correct but the meaning is quite different. To "complement" means to add to or augment.
"The red rose complemented the scarlet ribbon in her hair."
