Default Dropshipland.com

I am considering joining dropshipland.com and taking up the offer of them providing their full products website.I have no experience with websites and would not really know how to create my own.
Before joining i was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them and are their prices reasonably competitive.(can't view the prices until joined).

Thanks

Funnily enough i looked at the website and i immediately thought of dpbuk.

I have personally used them but to be honest i found there customer service to be almost non existent.

They use cre loaded websites ( which is a decent cart) and when i purchased their top end package we found that the stock was old and many of the items were no longer available from the supplier. Also alot of items were priced at £0.00 which of course if went un-noticed could have landed us seriously out of pocket.
Better to look elsewhere.

Hi Phil,

The reason we do not stock new releases, is because there is absolutely no profit margins in them. Our company now deal in specialised titles which have a massive following. You Cannot compete with companies like Asda, who sell new releases at below cost, and you do not need to compete, because there is a very large market for the products we sell, otherwise we would not have been dropshipping them for 4 years.

Also, the poster on this thread referring to websites with zero cost, was NOT referring to websites we have sold, as this is not, and has never been the case.

Best of luck

Default Re: Dropshipland.com

Hi I joined dropship land recently, and having took the risk and paid 29.95 to joined i felt let down and deflated to see that there was not much margin to be had on the prices, however i decided to try and sell some products and listed 111 items on amazon, however only a handful of these are the low price, as these are less than they are selling to me. anyway i sold 4 items !!! whey hey, except when i came to buy them out of the 4 i sold they had ONE!! yes one and i made the princely sum of £1. i am not convinced. I would certainly not be listing on ebay as the listing costs, and indeed the effect on my 100% feedback record that letting folk down will have. i feel let down, and out of pocket. when i enquired about a refund i got told i should have read the terms and conditions. there is also a threat of action if you cancel the paypal invoice.

although this is not all about price, you can make some money with little work so this is good, but when you sell 4 and dispatch one..... leaves you with little confidence

anyway i shall continue with my amazon campaign quick to list and if i sell and by a miracle they have stock i will make a quid or two.

i knew this was too good to be true, took the risk and lost £30. Looking at the current hit rate i will have to sell 120 items to get my money back so wish me luck.

a good thing is postage, £1.50 postage is reasonable, and they seem to dispatch quickly and you are informed along the way. I will contact my one customer to see how he recieved his item and what he thought of the service before i sell to others.

Good luck with it, one and all!

Hi Lee,

I have just left you a message. You will now be refunded for the amount you have 'risked'.

And you are correct, price is never a major contributing factor in making sales, there are very many more important factors.

We are sorry to see it has not worked for you, and your membership has been refunded.

Take Care.
