Yeah indeed, i just need to get my amazon seller account unlocked!, ive sent them 2 emails after the first one i got the same default template back, anyone know how to get a real person to reply!?

Jesus that sounds bad, luckily I also sell used video games so feedback has still been streaming in for them, coupled with the fact many of my buyers have been fantastic in this and really understanding I think Ive been quite lucky.


Gamejelly - Have already had some orders marked as dispatched (4 random ones lol) - far from complaining about this but cant see any tracking numbers just wondered if these will be added or where I can get them from?

In any case thanks for updating them

Gamejelly, do you think that for the next week you will solve the delays you're havin so everything will be more "quiet"? Because i'd like to place some orders but wanna be sure that the situation will be calm...

I'm working close with the suppliers regarding this - it's currently the main concern. Yesterday we had a very very indepth discussion where I told them what I wanted from them in return for placing a guaranteed amount of orders each week. They're doing it for us. They've agreed to get our orders out ASAP.

We're working with them too so they can allocate us certain stock (e.g. Wireless Adapters) so we can put a stock count on the item description on our website. We've been told we have 300 for next week but we've just sold over 100 or so within a day. These things are hot, especially at our prices.

If everyone can be patient then it'll all be worth the wait.

We've still got the 900+ items to add to the website but this little 'tester' has put me off because of how people have reacted when we had to order more stock in and they weren't prepared to wait. Those items are going on hold until I know we have a reliable system in place and that's what I'm working on now.

Good to hear this is all being cleared up Darren, Im sorry you had to refund all my orders but i couldnt wait any longer.
The option of having a stock count would be a great idea, i would love to see that added to your site,

So the 300 for next week, is that already allocated ?
