I know you know EVERYTHING about business so I'll keep this simple: I am convinced that a majority of these HAVE been delivered now. The tracking numbers are now clearing and displaying as delivered. From a business point of view, we cannot refund for all orders until we're convinced they've been lost or whatever. We can't stand to lose 10K because of a RM strike which we had no control over. We can't possibly refund over 10K simply because RM aren't updating their tracking statuses.
I've provided enough proof now to make it clear that we are NOT scammers. However, that's been said now by the majority of you so the damage is done.
After this mess is over, Gamejely will more than likely be closing down. Too much damage has been took through no fault of our own.
Everyone knows we're not going to see anyone out of money. That's not me. But as I've said, I can't possibly refund over 10K at the minute during RM updating the tracking. Would you? Honestly?
Yes, I have a 21 day policy but CANNOT take into account strikes by RM which are uncontrollable by us.
After deciding more or less now, I will hold back a while longer in refunding customers as it's clear that the orders are now being delivered. I'm asking Anthony to confirm this please.
