Also noticed what appears to be new order status - Ordered From Suppliers.

Is this replacing the packing status?

No worries Yes, it replaces the 'Packing' status. People were under the impression (and rightfully so) that items were being packed when in reality they're being ordered and prepared with the suppliers/distributors.

This led to a couple of disgruntled customers who wanted to know why their items took 5-6 days to pack. Hopefully this will help clear it up a little bit.

About your email statuses, I'm confused as to why you're not receiving them! Obviously I'll keep looking into this and I urge anyone else to come forward and let me know if they too are experiencing this.

Hi Gamejelly,

I signed up as a member on 2nd June. and placed an order the same day. I understand the clearance for my payment could take up to 6 days. I've looked on your website and it still says "Processing". I wanted to order a couple of items to my own address to make sure they are good quality(and will be birthday presents) if they are all good then I was looking to order more stock and use you for dropshipping. As of tomorrow I have used 10 days of my monthly membership so if they are being processed I dont expect them for at least 5 days. Meaning half of my monthly membership has gone before I can appropriately use your services. I understand 100% you are busy and that these things take time but could you give me an update if possible.

The service is very inconsistent, you will find that if you begin to use it properly.

I've had many items as 'payment received' for a week or so while all my other items have been dispatched, don't really see why the item wouldn't be ordered from the suppliers as soon as payment is received.

Also I find Darren doesn't seem to answer more than one question at a time when I email him, I always have to email again and remind him of the other question, and some emails just go ignored.

Don't get me wrong it is quite a good service, but nowhere near as good as people make out, I have about 12 Nintendo DS Lite's ordered and have only received tracking for 3 of them, which is annoying as Playtrade want tracking for all of them.

And I'm going to ask you to remember that I pay £35 a month for this service, I now have a PayPal dispute to deal with because you don't seem to be able to tell me where my customers Wii Fit order is, despite it being 'dispatched' on the 27/05, I do not see how it can be delayed for this long when it comes from the UK and is going to the UK, so really this is a situation that terms and conditions doesn't apply to in my eyes.

Chris, your Wii Fit HAS been delivered. I'm awaiting the tracking number. It's pretty clear your customer is trying to pull a fast one.

It really makes no difference to us if you don't think the terms and conditions apply - they do to us. If you don't like that, and aren't prepared to accept them, we can easily cancel your account. The terms and conditions are there for a reason.
