It really makes no difference to us if you don't think the terms and conditions apply - they do to us. If you don't like that, and aren't prepared to accept them, we can easily cancel your account. The terms and conditions are there for a reason.

It hasn't been delivered, you have made a mistake, I need tracking information before 10pm as I am refunding my buyer at this time if there is no evidence of delivery.
I also want a refund on the order as you yourself have said the Wii Fit orders have been mixed up and have already refunded me for one.

What I think you should do is deal with this using the PM function.
Obviously not receiving your deliveries can be hard, but I think you should deal with the matter privately, and if nothing is resolved, then tell people of your issues.

Yes, but the one in question has been delivered. Obviously it's your choice if you want to refund your customer, but if we get the tracking number through to us after you've refunded, we won't be able to offer a refund. If, after the 21 days we haven't got the tracking number to forward to you, we will gladly refund you.

Believe me I have tried to resolve this privately, many times, everytime I get a message from my customer saying they still haven't received their item after I've been told 'It has been delivered' 'Wii Fit's are getting shipped on friday(05/06) or monday(08/06)' 'The Wii fit WILL be with your customer on saturday or tuesday'
These promises don't seem to happen

Our supplier is a VERY trusted source, but just didn't get this tracking number to me, although they have confirmed that it'd been delivered.
