I wanted to order a couple of items to my own address to make sure they are good quality(and will be birthday presents) if they are all good then I was looking to order more stock and use you for dropshipping. As of tomorrow I have used 10 days of my monthly membership so if they are being processed I dont expect them for at least 5 days. Meaning half of my monthly membership has gone before I can appropriately use your services. I understand 100% you are busy and that these things take time but could you give me an update if possible.

Thanks, Dan.
To be frank... if you choose to use a dropshipper with a long delivery process time, then your asking for trouble. Majority of Amazon / Ebay customers don't like to wait over a week for an item to be delivered - You chose to be stuck in the Jelly & now your in it :niceone:

Please bear in mind that this customer chose to pay via card. Bank Transfers allow us to have the order with the customer in around 3-6 days for most items.

They are not 'stuck' with us. We don't have a contract or anything - all of our customers are more than welcome to cancel at any time should Gamejelly not be suitable for them.

Even items from HK? Also 6 days would revert to 8 days (unless your postal services deliver at weekends?).

In some cases yes, although we have information regarding Hong Kong shipments on the website.

Thought I'd bring the official thread to the top again, cheers for the tracking numbers Darren, though none of them seem to work with Royal Mail, at least I can prove they left Hong Kong.

Any target date when you plan on getting the new products up?

I know this, the tracking works on this website, but sometimes it also works in the destination country, this time it isn't.

As far as I'm aware you can only use Royal Mail Tracking if the parcels are actually sent via royal mail or parcel force. So I doubt HK post tracking numbers will work on the royal mail website.

You cant use a Royal Mail tracking service to track something being sent using Hong Kong post...two completely different companies here.
Thats like asking Tesco what time Iceland are delivering your shopping.
