I've just checked - we can't get solid enough pricing on these yet as they're both pre-orders. We'll be able to add them closer to release date though.

Hi,

Just having a look on xtrajelly.com, Liking the idea of buying items in bulk rarther than dropshipping (Just a persional preferance). Are you planning on adding more products?

Thinking of giving the spy pens a go for now, any idea what brand they are? or are they un-branded ones? Never ordered anything from HK before, am I likely to be stung with import tax or whatever it is called? or do you buy them in and then ship them out yourself?

It should state on each products page whether it is shipped from Hong Kong (last time I checked it was a greenish image with a van on the right side saying SHIPPED FROM HONG KONG...or something similar)
If it says that, then its from HK, if not, then its UK stock.

It is from Hong Kong, does that mean I will have to pay extra when it hits customs in the UK? I Have only ever bought stock from the US and every time I have, I have had to pay the VAT before it can be delivered. Is it the same from HK?

No cos Gamejelly are importing them for you. They price you on the site is what you pay.

Correct me if im wrong but im sure it says in the shipping and returns that "gamejelly are not responsible for import duties or any other actions from customs"

You would have to pay the import costs, if any, not Gamejelly.

Oh ok, i bought something through gamejelly from China and i just paid what it says? No other fees

Yeah you can always get charged customs, it is being sent from 'you' so you are responsible, but you can always put in your listings that the buyer is responsible.
