Hi, how do people dropship on ebay. How do you get the buyers address to the dropshipper and then when do you pay the dropshipper?

1) List an item on ebay, lets say '4GB Spy Pen from dropthegoods.com'
2) Wait for buyer to purchase and PAY
3) They will give you their address details
4) Go onto your dropshippers (e.g dropthegoods) website - add the spy pen to your shopping cart
5) Go to checkout but put the buyers address (from ebay) into the delivery address section, and pay via your preferred method

Your profit is the difference you paid for the item and what you paid! lol

This is just one way, some dropshippers work differently but this is the most common way.

One thing, what if you've listed something on ebay and you sell one and the dropshipper has run out of stock, what would you do?

That is the problem with dropshipping, and is why alot of people opt against it.
You have to keep checking that stock is in - some companies will notify you when it is out of stock, others don't

Bigger companies will hold more stock, but this doesn't mean they will never run out.
Sites such as Amazon are great for dropshipping on ebay because they offer a 'gift' option (so the buyer doesn't see how much you paid, and they will most likely hardly ever run out of stock (unless your selling a PS3 which has just been released, so demand is high).

When a buyer purchases something, you will be able to print out an invoice (for yourself) which will display your address and the buyers address.

When the item has been paid by the buyer, all you have to do is visit the dropshipper, select the appropriate product(s), enter your buyers address, submit the payment and it's all done
