Default >> Business over due to vitaldropship

yep. Heres my story.

I was doing really well, and growing great. Gaining nearly 1k per month outside of my 9-5 job ontop of about 4 months of research. I was using dropthegoods who are excellent.
Then came along VitalDropship (known then as quickdropshipping.com).

I had 2 majour issues:

1) Around 90% of orders had to be sent back to him - Faulty. This took AGES, I had to chase nearly every email I sent, some emails needed to be chased upto 5 times, adding a stupid amount of time onto the process.
2) Quickdropshipping took upto 6+ weeks for delivery. Goods were coming direct from China, hardly quick right?

Anyway, long story short, I lost all my capital and PayPal/Ebay have banned me.

I can prove that I was on the up as a dropshipper, and lost it all due to a bad dropshipper, I emailed him twice about it, and looks like he then blocked me on messenger.

I thought this was just a very bad lesson learned, but I have been told he should offer me compensation. Any thoughts? I have totally given up on an Internet Business now

Its a very harsh lesson learned, but is it really worth chasing compensation ?

I think your time will be better spent earning money rather than spending time
chasing something that might not happen.

I know this probably isn't what you want to hear but life is too short, move on
and learn from the experience.

Cheers
Andy

May I ask what you do now? Have you fully given up on the whole 'business' thing?
Maybe the profits from dropshipping could have been invested in physical stock as well...just an idea.

On the original dropshippers site, where did it say stock was located? Did they not have a T&C's page or something similar? Somewhere that outlined where stock was based?

Isn't this his second failed dropshipping company?

Take him to the small claims court. Whether you get anything is another thing but he has broken the contract if he specified delivery times/returns policies.

Agreed with the above post.
I visit the forums daily and see the Gamejelly's, the Dropthegoods, the Hardwareheroes doing a great job.
And then there are other dropshippers who appear, cant handle the workload, problems arise, and they shut down.
And the only people who suffer are the people who are supposed to be benefiting from the service - its customers.
Not good in my opinion.
And to think, it was only about a month ago that VitalDropship was trying to get me on board with his service, saying there would be no problems....not good.

He has done this too a few people, so please don't learn and move on, there are a number of people been stung by craig, a young kid in his bedroom, and never mentioned anything about dropshipping from china.

I said at the time as did a few others but hois aggresive nature just made people steer clear.

The guys address is not hard to find, I would contact Anthony.

And who's search on the website will give you the address.

Watch the amount of people comming out with the same problem...

It infuriates me beond beleif..

Really sorry for what you have lost...

Everyone deservers the right to earn a few quid but the fundamentals need to be put in place as there is nothing stopping this from happening again.

I did suggest a few months ago that some obstacles had to put in the way of these fly by night bedroom traders. What these obstacles are I do not know.

At the very least, the sellers should be able to provide a business bank account details. I personally believe compulsory VAT registration for forum sellers would stop it overnight.

And half the sellers would leave overnight, too.
