Yep with dropshipping you are never in control, I used to use it but too many price changes and inconsistent shipping started to annoy me and I couldn't risk my reputation anymore.

I still dropship a range of products from one supplier who I trust very much, but give myself the option of wholesale as well.

At the end of the day if you don't hold your own stock you are at the whim and will of others, if you choose to take advantage of what you get from dropshipping then you will have to take the negatives too.

Personally I would never try to build a business that could be cut down by someone deciding a certain business model isn't working for them.

As long as Inferno honour the contracts in place or refund them then they have done nothing wrong, what and how they choose to sell is up to them.

I dont actually use dropshippers, I own my own stock and also dabble in the odd bargain from retail shops, I was just commenting on what I felt would be good business Practice, but to be fair, Inferno sound like they have everything covered.
