Chris, if eBay.co.uk is going to be your only market for resale - then this is not for you. It has been said a dozen times before... Dropshippers provide a range of profitable products, there are many gaps in the market for reselling our items - especially the european market for collectables.

We have got several subscribers who are doing ridiculously well via eBay EU & via their other sources (website, mail order & where ever else they seem to be shifting items constantly).

"most of these items are listed cheaper on Play and Playtrade"..... Not quite sure what your relating to here - but a few random comparisons:

PS3 AFRO SAMURAI
PLAY: £34.99
INFERNO DROPSHIP: £21

TERMINATOR 18" ENDOSKELETON
PLAY: £34.99
INFERNO DROPSHIP: £26.95

RESIDENT EVIL BLU RAY
PLAY: £12.99
INFERNO DROPSHIP: £8.95

Not quite sure what you are expecting from a dropship service, but we provide exactly what is on the tin - "profitable products directly to your customers". It's just a simple case of finding the right place to resell these items. Seems to be working out for everyone else, maybe dropshipping just isn't for you?

I haven't had a thourough look yet, I'm sure I will find some profitable items when I have a good look though, thanks for your help.

Also I do sell on other formats than Ebay, but these are good for comparisons as they are the sites that most people use.

Hi Chris,

Just thought I would offer some advice here as I have not long started trading using dropshipperrs but also just signed up with Steve / Daz this month.

When i first got into dropshipping I was a little sceptical as I couldnt see much profit myself - then I realised this was only due to the face I was looking at lines that interested me such as video games, bluray etc.

What I have since found out is, yes the profit margins are sometimes smaller with games etc and this is due to competition and also the fact these things are just expensive items to source. However once I broadened my horizens there are a number of lines with guaranteed profit such as the action figures, bobbleheads etc.

I spent a whole day (16 hours) listing every item Infernodropship has on my eBay, Play & Amazon store - within a matter of an 1.5 hours had already sold 3 items (2 posters and 1 bobblehead - which Steve and Daz can confirm from my orders placed on Sunday) making a total profit of £9.47 and if you take this across the whole inventory x 3 outlets it is obvious that with a high number of small profit sales available the money can add up.

As above definately think about EU offerings, I know from personal experience things on the continent cost more than here as there is a less aggressive retail market. For example I have sold a few items of late to Scandanavian countries and made more money on these than UK sales - because although you will list at a higher price than the UK it is still way cheaper than their native pricing.

Hope you can see this as advice and not anything detrimental.

Cheers,

Chris

I'll have a better look tonight, hadn't thought about the other Ebay sites, don't the items appear in international sellers anyway?

Cheers Chris, I did plan on selling quite a lot on Play, but if you are not a protrader you can't sell gadgets or accessories so it makes it quite hard.

I will do some good research tonight and hopefully will find some other trading platforms.

When you list on the Ebay.eu countries are you translating your listing into their language or just leaving it in English?

We only list on eBay.co.uk / Amazon.co.uk... If you can translate using software, google translate or translate.com then no doubt you will do even better because not everyone can understand English text

Steve / Daz,

Can I pay by masspay for purchases? If so is it the standard mail address and do I just select bank transfer as the option?

Cheers,

Chris
