Re: paypal and ebay account blocked
Ebay are not liking dropshippers at the mo because of all the refunds being issued and let down suppliers.
Can i ask what you are selling? as they are watching you for a reason

Thats really unfortunate, you just need to adopt a better customer service if things do go wrong. Dont deal with a dropshipper if there not fullfilling their side of the order.

Re: paypal and ebay account blocked
Oh sorry.
Ok what needs to be done is you need to fax the company information for where you are getting the products from.
You also need to send them invoices of the products that you received from the dropshipper.
Not a big deal. You just have to quickly fax them to paypal within a week your account will be in order.
Its just to stop people getting money through paypal, then withdrawing it and disappearing.
You obviously put up quite a few items for sale on ebay, or the amounts were quite high.

Re: paypal and ebay account blocked
Think he will struggle providing invoices for stuff he hasn't bought yet. And i think he's saying that he cant sell until he has done this. But cant provide an invoice until something has sold.
Be intersting to know what it is being listed. Or might just be as you said high value,

Vicious circle Tracy. He can't sell because PayPal have blocked him, but he can't unblock to start selling because he hasn't sold.
And I agree with the high value comment. eBay wouldn't catch on unless the item was something of interest or high value.
Also, do you have a fully verified PayPal account.

Re: paypal and ebay account blocked
My first ever eBay business account was for when I was buying/selling cars (I still dabble and have the account)
My first listing was for a high end Mercedes (ML55 AMG) and within a couple of hours the listing was removed and my account suspended.
I had to provide the following:
1. Photographic id (passport)
2. A utility bill as proof of address
3. Proof the vehicle was in my possesion
4. Proof that I owned the vehicle or had permission to sell on behalf of somebody (I owned it so this was easy)
I sent them copies of the above by fax and my account was reinstated within a few days.

In theory no. That is what the DSR rule is for, to stop people selling products they do not have in stock.
However, get the necessary DSRs and you shouldn't have a problem.
