One of the major differences between online sales and person to person sales is the higher the level of service and strength of the relationship that comes from a face to face encounter. Some ways to combat this downside of online sales is to offer extra value to the customer with things they didn't expect.
For example today I ordered some delivery food and the first thing I noticed when it arrived was the free box of Chinese tea with my order as well as a new style of plate the food was food in. That unexpected surprise definitely caught my attention. What can we (

Some things we're doing already include a free accessory with the order and free shipping with the order. So our prices are low and we're giving a little something extra, but my job is to figure out what else we can do.
